The rc1 of the lyx-1.6.0 has an very anoying bug in the undo code. This ebuild catched some bugfixpatches from upstream, hopefully fixed this problem.

this is the upstream ebuild for lyx. It uses the subversion repository and may be more unstable than unstable. In fact its depend on the time of checkout. But i would not withhold it.

this ebuild is for developers not users, actually :)
anyway we can put something like this into portage once 1.6.0 is out (but for BRANCH_1_6_X, not trunk).
