Tiago will be helping the Sparc and Amd64 architecture teams. He is currently an AT for both. (11 months for Sparc, longer for Amd64, but Sparc is claiming first dibs.)
Can offer mentor part or help with it. I'm discussing the ebuild quiz with him currently
Quizzes, and tarball sent to recruiters@g.o.
Tiago really did a good job and asked the right questions so far when required, ++ from me
As quizzes have already been sent to recruiters@gentoo.org please contact me via IRC or email to schedule a time for the first review session.
status: We did the review session for ebuild and end of mentoring quizzes yesterday and now I am waiting for Tiago to send the improved versions of the quizzes and the extra assignment given.
Quizzes, and assignment sent to recruiters@g.o.
What we did: - LDAP - bugzilla - cvs/svn groups on cvs.gentoo.org - IRC-cloak - sent you your LDAP/mail password via encrypted mail Soon: - announcement - gentoo-core (infra does this) What you need to do: - subscribe to mailing lists with @gentoo.org address - request forum status bump in #gentoo-forums or by mail to forum-mods@gentoo.org (if you have a forums count) - send yourself mail to create .maildir - add yourself to mail aliases ( like java@gentoo.org ) see /var/mail/alias on dev.gentoo.org - ask team leads to add yourself to herds.xml for the herds you want to join or do it yourself if you have the permission to do so - set lat and lon attributes in LDAP if you want others to know where exactly you are located - set gentooIM if you want people to be able to contact you via other means than email For the mentor: - You are also responsible for the commits of your recruit during the first month so you should watch the commits of your recruit via gentoo-commits mailing list.
Sparc project pages updated. I'm leaving amd64 to someone else.
(In reply to comment #7) > Soon: > - announcement > - gentoo-core (infra does this) > done
angelos updated my status on AMD64.
Please, proceed with my retirement. I barely have enough time as it is, and when I have, I'd rather do other stuff (keywording takes too much time). Thanks everyone!
Tiago, I'm sorry to hear that, but as you know if you ever want to get back, all you need to do is reopen your bug. I'm giving you the usual 15 days to rethink before assigning this bug to infra.
Let's proceed with the retirement then. Tiago, thank you for all your hard work and if you ever find the time to get back, just reopen this bug.
Usual infra-retire done. users need to be checked against *.dev.g.o machines still. forums, planet: your bug.
Forums done.
No blog account No planet/universe configs
metadata.xml clean up and bugs reassignment done
No gitosis account
Retirement processing: * gentoo-dev access removed and gentoo cloak removed * processed metadata.xml entries * processed herd membership * processed project pages entries * all bugs reassigned * no group membership on cvs.gentoo.org * no active account on devboxes. Thanks to armin76
