You'll find kpreg-1.3.ebuild attached. 
 
"KPreg, for KDE and Linux, or others Unix (*BSDs, etc) with suport for KDE, is a helper 
application for completing web forms and other programs. It provides an interface for entering 
commonly-required data, such as name, email, address, etc. With a simple click of the mouse, 
any item in the text list is copied to the clipboard, and can then be easily pasted in any form or 
application. KPreg can dock in the panel for easy access. 
 KPreg is free software, and was licensed under GPL." 
 
I suggest app-misc/kpreg for it.
