The net-misc/networkmanager-pptp ebuild is quite old and does not seem to interface well with the current networkmanager ebuilds. I realize that there used to be a bug with the amd64 networkmanager-pptp plugin and noticed that the bug was no longer listed; however, the current ebuild still seems to segfault for me. I am guessing that this is simply because the snapshot was taken in 2007 and does not interface well with current networkmanager. I also tried building networkmanager-pptp from debian sid sources; however, they have added so many patches that it does not work correctly when installed. (it claims that pptp is not installed). I also looked for the source for networkmanager-pptp, but it seems to only be available in svn which requires that you use svn networkmanager as well. I am willing to test any ebuilds if someone is willing to give me a hand. A location of networkmanger-pptp source would also be greatly appreciated. Thanks.
Is there a more recent networkmanager-pptp that's not 0.7?
We even have 0.7.999 in-tree now, closing as FIXED.
