Quick workaround: LINGUAS="" emerge rsibreak The problem is that rsibreak only offers documentation localization for "da nl pt sv", and if you have something different than one of those specified in your system-wide LINGUAS it'll try to install it. Something is wrong with the LANGS/LANGS_DOC logic in the ebuild.
My fault. I put build.log on pastebin... I should put on build.log.bz2... I could not reproduce the bug.
