I believe the reason that Tomboy got its -ppc mark in February is that at the time Tomboy was building against its own bundled versions of dbus-sharp and dbus-glib-sharp which were broken for PowerPC. The 0.10.2 ebuild however includes these packages as RDEPS so Tomboy builds against them. Consequently, Tomboy 0.10.2 runs just fine on PowerPC.
