The rsync mirror you run, is also lagging badly.

*ERROR* : gentoo-portage mirror is lagging by over 40 mins, lag is : 3289.1 mins

The distfiles mirror, is still lagging as well.

Daniele, 

We're sorry, but the mirror does not meet the required criteria to be added as
an official Gentoo mirror. You may re-open this bug in 6 months, at which point
we will re-test it. You're welcome to keep running the mirror for yourself
based on another public mirror, but it won't be on our mirror lists or
rotations.  Thanks for wanting to help Gentoo out with a mirror. I'm removing rsync4.it.gentoo.org as well.
