Apparently, the makefile of dvd+rw-tools-7.1 uses several bashisms,
e.g. when /bin/sh is a symlink to dash there are errors like
  [: 1: ==: unexpected operator
I suggest to either patch the makefile or (simpler) to pass SHELL=/bin/bash
to the call of make from within the ebuild
