I prefered not to look at the ChangeLog file to find out who committed this. Inheriting kde.eclass implies build and runtime dependency of kdelibs as well as Perl and some other stuff, including an aRts use flag. Assuming this software does need kdelibs, why is Qt listed as runtime dependency, when it is implied anyways? And why the heck twice?! Assuming this ebuild doesn't need KDE, why is Qt not listed as build time dependency? Yes, only once please. In case this software requires KDE remove the Qt dependency junk and preferably check, if ARTS_REQUIRED may need to be set. In the other case, add EAPI=1, inherit qt3.eclass, instead kde.eclass and depend on x11-libs-qt:3, please.
