SpamOracle is a bayesian filter to filter spams.

Would be nice to have it in gentoo

I've made spameoracle working.

It suppors english and german in this version.  You can simply edit the files/spamoracle-1.3.1.patch file for your language.

I find mine nicer :) We should find some way to let the user parametrize which languages support to compile in, maybe just using a LANGUAGE environment variable ? It should be advertised in some way before the ebuild compiles & install it too...

We appreciate the submission of the ebuild.  I've spoken with some of the net-mail developers and unfortunately we're not going to put it into the tree at this point, for the following reasons:

1. Several other packages in the tree already provide this functionality.
2. Lack of upstream support, since the last release was a year ago.
