When emerging gift-cvs-0.10.0-r2 the fasttrack-plugin compilation bails out if gift is not installed 
previously. it searches for a libgift or something like that which is a result of the first part of the 
ebuild but it searches in standard locations ( e.g. /usr/lib ) for it instead of inside the work 
directory. 

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. unmerge all gifts you have 
2. emerge gift-cvs-0.10.0-r2 
3. watch

fixed a while ago with -r3 and the new gift-fasttrack-cvs ebuild, not gentoo's fault thye keep changing the build process.
