Bug 232395 – app-office/scribus-1.3.3.12-r1: Add missing desktop entry

Upstream forgot to include scribus.desktop file. I changed the ebuild to use the file from the previous release and used ${P}.desktop to avoid the file being used with future releases.

The desktop file does not conform to the desktop entry specification. Is this directly from the upstream code repository?

No, it's the one from scribus-1.3.3.11. Upstream version 1.3.3 branch has a different file but I didn't dare using it as there were changes w/ regards to the scribus MIME type.

I've added a validating desktop file and sent a patch upstream.

I don't think this is important enough for a version bump, so -r1 is fixed.
