emerge --sync often connects my box to ftp.sh.cvut.cz

In this case I see the message "receiving file list..." for more than 10 minutes. Then I press CTRL-C to abort. If next emerge --sync connects me to a other server all is fine, but if it connects me again with sh.cvut.cz it is the same problem.

Maybe sh.cvut.cz fails not each time, but I noticed these fails more than 10 times in the last 12 months (I do emerge --sync every two weeks)

This is may entry in /etc/make.conf

SYNC="rsync://rsync.europe.gentoo.org/gentoo-portage"
