I have updated from openssl-0.9.7m to openssl-0.9.8g-r2. Everytime I want to use OpenSSL now, it segfaults. I couldn't run revdep-rebuild completely because some ebuilds need openssl to be build. So I still have some old libraries and some old links. Get rid of the old libreries and symlinks and run revdep-rebuild. Nothing to get around this.
