If you run emerge -s bash (for example) I'll get the errors above.

I'll make rsync , but always I get the error

Steps to Reproduce:

FIX.
The solution was to make the /usr/portage directory again with emerge rsync.
The steps involved was:
1) rm -rf /usr/portage
2) emerge rsync

For any reason a lot of ebuilds was corrupted, presenting a lot of stange characters inside it.
