Ecls has lot of activity in CVS while lacking more frequent releases. Add ecls-cvs ebuild for users that are closely tracking ecls development.

Hi Marko, 

Thanks for your ebuild. We already have a closely maintainted ebuild like yours, written by Stelian Ionescu, in gentoo-lisp's overlay (http://repo.or.cz/w/gentoo-lisp-overlay.git). You can checkout the overlay and find many well maintained common-lisp ebuilds. If you want to move a ecls cvs ebuild to the main tree, tell us and we will think of it. Thanks again,
