The ebuild for winesetupk is still in the online package database, but emerge
can't find it.

`ls /usr/portage/app-emulation/winesetuptk/` 
 
if that doesnt work then try running `emerge sync` again

I just double checked, and in fact moved -r3 to stable. winesetuptk is definitely in the portage tree.

Works now after another sync.
