whenever the --disable-libpcsclite is added, the configure script have trouble finding GTK+ >2.0 and also finding glib >2.0. I haven't found the reason why, but it looks like a problem inside the gnokii configure script causing some conflict. However, removing the --disable-libpcsclite from the ebuild, fixes the problem.

Fixed in gnokii-0.6.26-r2 by adding sys-apps/pcsc-lite dependency along with --enable-libpcsclite configure option. That is quite wierd! According to configure.in, there is no connection between --disable-libpcsclite and --with-x. Anyway, adding libpcsclite dependency fixes the issue (automagically I might add).
