Could we have USE flags for SpamAssassin's optional deps please? A search through bugzilla suggests it had these at one time but I can't see a reason they were removed.

Because these are optional runtime dependencies. It's pretty pointless to have use flags for these, you have make yourself comfortable with the config file anyways.
