Same comments apply here as with the mapSoN ebuild from bug #23169: This ebuild is obsolete anyway. It will be next to worthless once the 5.x version of Petidomo is released, which comes with a different installation scheme.

Re virtual/mta: I know that atleast postfix installs its own sendmail binary for compatibility reasons, so this should work with postfix as well. I don't know about the rest of MTAs though.

I can test it with postfix when I'll get back from work.

Just by looking at the ebuild file:
- Did you really test this package on all the architectures you put in KEYWORDS?
- ${P} variable should not be overwritten[1]. Use of ${MY_P}, where you define the distfile basename, is advised.
