In future please attach ebuild as plain text files, it makes things easier.

Please note: 
	If you have more icon themes (or themes in general) it is not likely they 
will be included in the portage tree, feel free to submit them to breakmygentoo, 
if they prove popular there then they may end up in portage. 
 
As always your local overlay directory is also a viable place for these 
personalised type of ebuilds (set PORTDIR_OVERALY in /etc/make.conf) 
 
I am not trying to discourage you, it's just that theme type ebuilds tend to have 
a limited popularity and as such can go "stale" in a relatively short time.
