The package is pretty old and its homepage 
 http://www.viasic.com/opensource/
does not exist.

All homepage references on google point to this same defunct page. *shrug*

It is now on http://sourceforge.net/projects/gnetman/ but only as sources in the SVN repo. Last changes nearly three years ago.
