[X11-theme] elmo-0.6.ebuild

This package provides a pixmap theme, an IceWM window decoration and a color
scheme of the "Elmo III" design by Andreas Söllner. It attempts to be as close
as possible to the original idea without genuine low level coding efforts.

Christophe, 
	These ebuilds are not going to be committed to portage at the moment. 
 
I will remake the ebuild for these and for the alloy ebuild (Bug #22780) into a 
"meta ebuild".  One ebuild will install all 4 IceWM themes. 
 
I will probably call the ebuild "kde-icewm-themes". 
 
If you have any more (not too many, say 3 or 4) that you would like included, 
attach URLs to Bug #22780. 
 
The problem with committing so many similar packages (especially themes) is 
that they do not get a great deal of use and as such tend to go stale fairly 
quickly.
