I've set up a new rsync server for the portage tree. The server is
frozen.wasteland.org (66.162.76.10). My name is David Muench, my email is
dave@wasteand.org and I'd like to be a new official rsync server. The server is
located in western NY, USA.

Sorry for the delay.  Since you've submitted this, I think the Mirror 
docs (http://www.gentoo.org/doc/en/rsync.xml) may have changed.  I noticed 
that the server lists a T1 connection instead of the 5Mbps full duplex 
bandwidth that is needed.  Is this correct?

Yep, it is a T1, and yep, the docs did change. You can cancel the request. Thanks anyway.
