We have set up a new rsync mirror located in Denizli, Turkey.
Rsync mirror is running on a Pentium3 700mhz box with 384mb ram.
Total bandwidth is 8mbits.
Portage is configured to syncronize every 30 mins and distfiles is syncronized
every 2 hours. Max connections allowed is 20.
Main reason we have decided to set up our own mirror is to provide fast access
to gentoo files for Gentoo users in Turkey

I have sent instructions on accessing our private distfiles mirror to:

Please update your scripts to use this server as its master and I will get your source mirror added to the list of mirrors.

Also, are HTTP and/or FTP available on the source mirror or just rsync?

I'm having some problems with the server and it seems like i won't be able to bring it back up until 12th of august, since i need to physically access the machine to fix the problem and i'm on holiday.

The server allows only http connections, and i'll do the updates when i'm back from holiday.

Reopen this bug if the mirror becomes available again.
