Emerging seamonkey-bin on amd64 with FEATURES="strict stricter" fails with QA concerns about executable stacks

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.FEATURES="strict stricter" emerge seamonkey-bin
2.
3.

Actual Results:  
Emerge fails

Expected Results:  
emerge finishes successfully

Of course it fails to emerge with FEATURES=stricter - that's exactly what that FEATURES flag is for. :)

Anyhow, maybe mozilla@ wants to pass on this information to upstream?

Hehe - yeah - with stricter every second package fails :) - but it would be nice if this would change (by writing better code ;)
