I'm today updating and is not in my mirror debianutils-2.28.5:
ftp://ftp.wh2.tu-dresden.de/pub/mirrors/gentoo/distfiles/
I'm thinking there is a typographic error because debianutils_2.25.tar.gz (and missing debianutils_2.28.5.tar.gz)
This bug is duplicated of Bug#: 219496.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.run: emerge debianutils
2.
3.

Actual Results:  
error of file not found

Expected Results:  
update package

that's right. there are missing some file's.

e.g. for debianutils on ftp://ftp.wh2.tu-dresden.de/pub/mirrors/gentoo/distfiles/
debianutils_2.25.tar.gz

debianutils_2.28.4.tar.gz

debianutils_2.25.tar.gz is not available on the debian master mirror at least

There are only 2.28.4 and 2.30 left now.

Yes, [1] lists the following:

2.8.4 (oldstable)
2.17  (stable)
2.30  (testing/unstable)

and those are probably the only versions that still get distributed. Even the very recent 2.29 seems to have disappeared already.

it's still on Gentoo mirrors, and you should have a valid GENTOO_MIRRORS set, so
