Hello

I have tried the ebuild for dev-libs/libxml++-0.21.0 with version 0.24.0 and it
seems to work without modification. An ebuild for 0.24.0 is interesting because
there were some significant changes to the API between 0.21 and 0.22

along with the bump, i renamed it to a more gentoo-policy compliant name. it is now in dev-cpp/libxmlpp
