Cannot play .avi file from smb share with totem/gstreamer

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Mount smb share under gnome
2.double-click .avi file (divx)
3.

Actual Results:  
Cannot read from resource

Expected Results:  
Playing file...

This bug has been reported on Ubuntu and fixed there by upstream (samba) patch.
It was introduced in the fix for CVE-2008-1105

How is this a totem bug and not a samba bug?

Probably fixed in samba-3.0.31 which I'm going to commit soon.

As a temporary work around, you can use fusesmb to mount it to view the movie in totem.

Aurelien, could you please test with the latest Samba and confirm that it is fixed?
