When installing one of the Gentoo ebooks (e.g. app-doc/ebook-autoconf-2.53a) it
does not appear in the book list shown when starting devhelp.  In devhelp 0.3
there seemed to be a description of the book in the /usr/share/devhelp/spec
directory.  In 0.6 devhelp searches for this file in the dir containing the
actual HTML files for the book (/usr/share/devhelp/books/<bookname>/).

Patch to get ebooks working with devhelp 0.6

Attached a patch for the ebook.class file.  It will copy the book description
file to the correct location for devhelp 0.6.  It also changes the runtime
dependency from devhelp 0.3 to devhelp 0.6.
