I've tested here works with latest testing headers
So depend it on linux-headers

Reproducible: Always

which version of linux-headers are you talking about?

Friedrich, please test rp-pppoe-3.10 against the linux-headers version that will be specified by the reporter (presumably 2.6.26).

I can confirm that net-dialup/rp-pppoe(all versions) works with <=sys-kernel/linux-headers-2.6.23-r3 and >=sys-kernel/linux-headers-2.6.25-r1 but not with =sys-kernel/linux-headers-2.6.24

Fixed in cvs, as specified in comment #3.
