Missing layout definition in default config.example makes mocp fail to start

Steps to Reproduce:
1. emerge moc
2. cp config.example to ~.moc/config
3. moc fails to start

yes, the fix was included in the debian bugzilla url I included. I just wanted this fixed for everyone (not all bother to find out why program doesn't work with example configuration).

I've noticed this whem moc is compiled with gcc 4.3. I've tried this patch and it fixes this issue. :)
