Alexis, any reason why you reverted your fix soon after you committed it?

because we really need slot deps here and I didnt think wise to switch a stable ebuild to eapi=1 at that moment.
With deps like:
>=media-libs/musicbrainz-2.1.0
=media-libs/musicbrainz-2*

having musicbrainz-2.0.0 and musicbrainz-3 installed satisfies the deps, which is not good.

Okay, but I think for now it's better this way. -r1 can be stabilized in two weeks either way.
