weird I cant reproduce it with any scons version in the tree, what version are you using ?

As the error above says it, there is no such directory /usr/local on my system. as dvbcut only calls emake FFMPEG=/usr DESTDIR="${D}" PREFIX="/usr" MANPATH="/usr/share/man" install in src_install it tries to find /usr/local in src_compile which is not there. I tried to set the same command in src_compile but this did not help. Only the patch I provided fixes the case where no /usr/local is present. Creating /usr/local and /usr/local/include makes the ebuild happy too, but I don't think this is the best solution. /usr/local is no required path on a linux distribution only user stuff goes there and as I have nothing to place there this directory does not exist. I will attach an updated patch that applies against the current ebuild in the tree.
