Description Chris Slycord 2008-06-29 19:06:41 UTC
If one installs mythtv it would be expected that, like most other multimedia packages, that an entry for mythtv be placed in the gnome menus. It would especially be reasonable to place this entry in the "Sound & Video" section.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. emerge mythtv
2. look at gnome menus
3.

Actual Results:
No entry for anything related to mythtv

Expected Results:
An entry for starting up mythtv

No. This is not just an app to start up from a desktop. Your view of this app is fundamentally flawed. Please review the upstream website, http://www.mythtv.org

Not being "just an app to start up from a desktop" doesn't mean it is "an app to NOT start up from a desktop."

Well it's not.
