dev-ruby/rubygems-1.1.1 has been in the tree for more than two months. It has no open bug reports and contains a number of improvements over the currently stable 0.9.4-r2.

(it's "/usr/bin/gem server" now)

Could you fix this before we mark it stable, please? :)

Hmm, this change has been in the tree for ~6months.

Done for rubygems-1.1.1 and rubygems 1.2.0.
