The PHP development libraries Creole and Jargon can be used with any architecture, as they solely consist of PHP source code (and maybe documentation).

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
Try to emerge them without unmask tricks (on a platform other than amd64 or x86).
Actual Results:  
Portage complained about missing keywords.

Expected Results:  
Emerge them.

Obvious workaround: Unmask Creole and Jargon in /etc/portage/package.keywords.

We keyword only for those architecture we have requests for, because of the maintenance overhead (stabilization call etc.). So, are you missing the availability on a specific architecture?

I'm using Gentoo on ppc.
