Compile nsplugin for VLC 0.8 branches with xulrunner 1.9 is impossible without patching the configure.ac

Make a new ebuild and apply this, patch only if you want ton build VLC nsplugin with xulrunner 1.9

hmm it depends on xulrunner 1.8 for a reason ;)
If you want it included, please get it merged upstream in the 0.8.6 branch first and I'll be happy to include it.
