As the summary indicates, the 'everything' set should be renamed to 'installed'- the setname of 'everything' actually has a different implied meaning, and is better used for representing all src/bin pkgs available.

If desired, can attach the irc discussion fleshing this out further, filing the bug meanwhile since this was genones requested reminder route.
