There is obsolete version on portage ( mysql++-2.3.2 ) when current is mysql++-3.0.3 http://tangentsoft.net/mysql++/ http://tangentsoft.net/mysql++/releases/mysql++-3.0.3.tar.gz Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce:
The ChangeLog doesn't mention any security issues, but it does of course have this: 3.0.0, 2008.02.29 (r2236) The "Giant Leap Forward" release THIS IS NOT A DROP-IN REPLACEMENT FOR MySQL++ v2.x! You will have to recompile your program against this version of the library, and you will almost certainly have to make code changes as well. Please see these sections in the user manual for information on migrating your code to this new version: http://tangentsoft.net/mysql++/doc/html/userman/breakages.html#api-3.0.0 http://tangentsoft.net/mysql++/doc/html/userman/breakages.html#abi-3.0.0
