There is a configure option in configure.ac >... >dnl >dnl RemoteOSD plugin (VNC client as video filter) >dnl >AC_ARG_ENABLE(remoteosd, > [ --disable-remoteosd RemoteOSD plugin (default enabled)]) >... I am not an ebuild expert, so I don't know this problem is related to a missing dependency or this feature is simply broken.
