I would like to request that support for framebuffer bootsplash screens be added
to win4lin sources, as it is already present in the following kernels:

gentoo-sources
gaming-sources
xfs-sources
pfeiffer-sources
gs-sources

nah, use gs-sources. we already patch enough kernels.
