The package you're using appears to be from an overlay and unsupported -- there is no 20071019-r1 in portage. Additionally, the kernel you're attempting to build against is a 2.6.26 release candidate. The x11-drm package often will not build against prerelease kernels without patches. I'll check around for compatibility commits or a patch that I can use in the patchball, but I won't be able to use this bug to report any news to you, since it's invalid.
