Tried "emerge rsync" multiple times, different mirrors, no luck.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. emerge rsync 
2. emerge -u nagios 
3.

Nope. Same problem... 
 
# ls /usr/portage/net-analyzer/nagios/files 
ls: /usr/portage/net-analyzer/nagios/files: No such file or directory

This bug should be re-opened...

Ditto. It's now the 23rd and the digest (?) has not propigated. I'll take a leap and make my own, but others may not be so willing.
