wxGTK 2.4.1 is released. Lots of bug fixes, i think a simple version bump would do the 
trick.

I've been using 2.4.1 since it was released using the 2.4.0 ebuild with no problems so far.

there are problems with wxPython though. Have you guys been compiling this with gtk1 or gtk2 support?

You are already refering to this version: "June 20th, 2003. wxPython 2.4.1.2" or the one in our tree (2.0.4.7) ?

Mmmm, too bad.
wxGTK 2.4.0 has a bug with Menuevents which result in menu's sometimes not being 
generated. wxGTK 2.4.1 is really preferred for VLC 0.6.0 atm.

wxGTK 2.4.1 is in portage now.
