HOMEPAGE is dead. SRC_URI already points to Debian. Debian's maintainer accepts bug reports. New versions are coming out regularly.

An ebuild patch and a Makefile.in patch are to be attached shortly.

New HOMEPAGE, slightly modified SRC_URI, drop one patch (fixed upstream), replace another (patch file to follow).

i dont think anyone cares about this package directly

drop the hunk from the makefile patch which adds -Wl,-z,now and your changes should be fine if you want to commit

I reluctantly included that part of the patch because the previous patch had it. I ecluded it for the 3.1.10.1 patch. Committed...
