Attached is an ebuild for the XML::RSS perl module.
The ebuild is just a quick hack of the XML::Simple module, but works nice enough
for me, and perl ebuilds are definitely no work of magic.

we're not adding new perl modules to the tree unless something explicitly depends on them.  Please use the g-cpan.pl script to generate them on the fly.
