Description Christian Loitsch 2003-06-12 16:29:22 UTC
I am no longer sure, if these are gpl or closed source drivers (site is in .jp)

Anyway, it is a binary package.

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:

Note, that the ebuild is not finished!!!

I don't know how to do this: the binary-package uses /usr/lib/libpng.so.2
So we have to make a symlink to the current version. (a mklink
/usr/lib/libpng.so should actually be enough)

the ebuild

I forgot, the 3 header lines (for CVS?) are missing as well.

Comment 3 Heinrich Wendel (RETIRED) gentoo-dev 2003-10-11 12:31:47 UTC
it seems that there are also source packages available, can you please take
a look at them.
Comment 4 Heinrich Wendel (RETIRED) gentoo-dev 2003-10-11 12:32:33 UTC
the complete thing seems GPL-2 as well :)
Comment 5 Stephan Diederich 2004-07-25 10:04:44 UTC
ebuild doesnt work anymore, as the files on the server were renamed/updated

ebuild works fine, if you rename it to 2.2.1 instead 2.2.0

I had to set a lot of additional symlinks, as the driver complained about missing libs. Here what i did (in /usr/lib)

	ln -s libcnbpcmcm154.so.5.71.2 libcnbpcmcm154.so
	ln -s libcnbpwcc154.so.5.41.1 libcnbpwcc154.so
	ln -s libcnbphtmg154.so.5.60.1 libcnbphtmg154.so
	ln -s libcnbpcnclapi154.so.2.2.0 libcnbpcnclapi154.so
	ln -s libcnbpcnclbjcmd154.so.2.2.0 libcnbpcnclbjcmd154.so
	ln -s libcnbpsmth154.so.3.34.1 libcnbpsmth154.so
	ln -s libcnbpcnclui154.so.2.2.0 libcnbpcnclui154.so

But it doesnt work for me. Always says tray is empty :(
Greets,
