Bug 22685 – calltree version update and ebuild tweak for minor error

calltree has been updated to version 0.9.1.

changing the ebuild version on the current 0.2.95 ebuild works fine however the
DEPEND must change to require valgrind better than 1.9.6 (which is the current
version for ~x86)

if the 0.2.95 ebuild is to be around it must have its depend changed to <1.9.5
because it no longer works for valgrind above version 1.9.5

no ebuild submitted because these changes are so trivial, just looking for
someone to commit them.
