error msg.: fatal error: the dialog couldn't be opened

I don't personally see why the escape call should crash dialog at that point, but I can reproduce it, so it does definately exist.

fava: possibly you have more ideas on it?

Its not a crash as such: 
 
The documented behavior of dialog is to exit when the user hits the esc key. 
 
Ufed should quit cleanly at that point, however ufed is lumping the ESC and the 
ERROR return values together and calling it an ERROR. 
 
Except for the error message esc is equivalent to an exit without saving. 
 
This behavior causes no harm and it will be fixed for the next release.
